“The Savior isn’t our last chance; He is our only chance. Our only chance to overcome self-doubt and catch a vision of who we may become. Our only chance to repent and have our sins washed clean. Our only chance to purify our hearts, subdue our weaknesses, and avoid the adversary. Our only chance to […]

“Therefore, hold up your light that it may shine unto the world. Behold I am the light which ye shall hold up—that which ye have seen me do.”
I have been reading 3Nephi this month, studying the time that Jesus was ministering to the people in the Americas after His resurrection. What a treasure chest […]
Children are such a blessing! My daughter taught me today to live more joyfully. She has recently learned to rider her bike without training wheels. Life revolves around when she can ride her bike again, it seems. Last night she really wanted to go on a bike ride together to the park, but it just […]

“And Peter Remembered”

I find so much meaning in the stories of Peter’s relationship with the Savior. I think it is because I feel so many Peter-like struggles in my own spiritual development. Would I have left all to follow Jesus? How would I have responded with the loaves and the fishes? Would I […]
